CRM Application Specialist (Support & Functional)

Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Overview: We are looking to hire several Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application Specialists (Support & Functional) to serve as a bridge between business and IT. These roles encompass application support, functional consulting, and close stakeholder engagement to ensure stable CRM operations and drive continuous improvement. The positions will be based at Demant Technology & Innovation Centre, Malaysia. Key Responsibilities: • Provide L2/L3 support for CRM-related incidents and service requests • Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution within SLAs • Gather and translate business requirements into user stories • Support testing (UAT, integration testing) and release processes • Collaborate with developers and global teams on enhancements • Assist in process improvements and system optimization Additional Responsibilities: • Facilitate scrum or coordination meetings when required • Support documentation, training, and user enablement • Contribute to project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: • 3–7 years of experience in CRM support, functional consulting, or business analysis • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills • Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps is an advantage • Understanding of ITIL processes is a plus Join an organisation based on Trust, Openness, and Innovation: In Demant you will be part of an innovative and challenging environment based on trust and openness, where you will experience a strong will to achieve great results with some ambitious and talented colleagues.
