We’re looking for a part-time CRM Data Executive on a fixed-term contract to help keep IGD’s customer and company data accurate, compliant and ready to use. Working across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Customer Insights, Power BI and Dotdigital, you’ll manage day-to-day CRM data, build campaign and event audiences, and help prevent recurring data issues.

This role is Part-Time, Monday to Thursday, with two days a week in our Watford office.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain accurate Contact and Company records in CRM, including validation, approvals, updates and data cleansing.
  • Create and manage customer segments and audience lists for campaigns, events, webinars, products and membership activity.
  • Prepare, upload and reconcile approved audience files in Dotdigital, applying consent, suppression and audit checks.
  • Investigate and resolve duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data, including CRM and data-sync issues.
  • Run data-quality checks, report recurring issues and support CRM governance, standards and process documentation.
  • Provide practical CRM data support to Marketing, Sales, Client Success and other teams.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience maintaining customer and company data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse or a similar platform.
  • Experince of working in a B2B environment
  • Strong data-quality skills, including validation, cleansing, deduplication, reconciliation and issue investigation.
  • Confident Excel user, comfortable working with large datasets, lookups, pivot tables and data checks.
  • Experience creating customer or marketing audiences from a brief, with an understanding of consent, suppression and UK GDPR.
  • Highly organised and detail-focused, with clear communication skills and confidence supporting non-technical colleagues.
  • Proactive improvement mindset; experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Dotdigital, event, membership or subscription data would be beneficial.
