CRM & EMR Implementation Specialist - Nordics

A European fertility sector leader is rolling out a new digital suite comprising a modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to unify and elevate the patient experience, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain compliance across its clinics. We are seeking a skilled Implementation Consultant (CRM & EMR) to join our team in the Nordics region. You will play a vital role in successfully deploying these systems and enabling transformation in clinical and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery: Work alongside the Project Manager to deliver on-site and remote implementations of the CRM and EMR systems across clinics in Spain and Italy, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and budget Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clinic managers, healthcare professionals, and central departments (Operations, IT, Clinical, Finance, Marketing) to align expectations and drive engagement Business Requirements Gathering: Demonstrate the digital suite to clinic teams, analyze current processes, identify system gaps, and document requirements for localized configurations Configuration & Testing: Configure systems to meet clinic needs, support user acceptance testing (UAT), resolve issues, and ensure go-live readiness Training & Change Management: Support trainers with user training delivery, contribute to user guides, and facilitate system adoption across diverse user groups Data Migration & Validation: Coordinate with the central data team to ensure legacy data is accurately migrated, validated, and issues are resolved Post-Go-Live Support: Provide operational hypercare and ongoing support to address post-launch challenges and ensure smooth transitions Requirements 3–5 years' experience in implementation consulting or digital product delivery , ideally in healthcare , clinical systems , or CRM environments Practical experience with CRM (e.g., Creatio, Salesforce, Dynamics ) and/or EMR systems (e.g., eBase, VRepro, Filemaker ) Strong understanding of reproductive healthcare workflows Familiarity with data migration and system integration processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Fluency in English, Finish Preferred Qualifications Additional European language: Swedish, Estonian Degree or certification in Business, IT, Healthcare , or Education Experience in multi-site healthcare environments Background in roll-ups or M&A environments Benefits A high-impact role at the intersection of data, healthcare, and digital product design The opportunity to co-shape Digital Suite products and data strategy across Europe Close collaboration with various IT and business roles in the healthcare domain A flexible and collaborative international environment that values quality, accountability, and continuous learning Freelance / B2B engagement Travelling on clinics across Finnland, Sweden, Estonia.
