The position and your daily adventures We’re looking for a person who combines the rigor of operational execution with the creativity of modern AI-powered engagement. In this role, you’ll design, optimize, and scale intelligent CRM flows that personalize the customer journey across multiple touchpoints. You’ll work hand-in-hand with data, product, and brand teams to transform insights into impactful messaging strategies. This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week. What you can expect: Campaign Execution Support Assist in the creation and set up of CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, WhatsApp, etc.) Coordinate with design, content, and product teams to gather assets and ensure alignment. Perform QA (quality assurance) to check links, personalization tags, and audience targeting. Customer Data Handling Help with the segmentation of user bases using predefined criteria (e.g., lifecycle stage, user behavior, etc.) Performance Monitoring Track and report on key CRM metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions, incrementality, etc.). Support the analysis of campaign results and customer behavior patterns. Documentation & Process Maintain campaign documentation and update process guidelines. Help document A/B test plans, results, and learnings. Customer-Centric Mindset Share observations from customer feedback, behaviors, or metrics to improve CRM communications. Participate in brainstorms for new engagement tactics or retention strategies. What we are looking for: 1+ year of experience in a similar position preferable in the Operations area and a Fintech company Bachelor’s degree Use of CRM workflows with tools like Braze, Salesforce, Iterable, or Customer.io. Experience coordinating multichannel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp) with seamless orchestration. Use of SQL and/or tools like Looker, Amplitude, or Tableau to monitor performance, extract insights, and define success metrics. Ability to manage multiple tasks and support several campaigns at different stages. Knows about design and interpret A/B tests, funnel analyses, and incrementality testing. Basic copywriting skills are a plus.
