About the opportunity
We have a 2-year contract opportunity, covering a secondment, within our Marketing & Sales Enablement team in Parcel, Post & eCommerce Services.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing & Sales Enablement, you'll lead a team of two and shape how we engage business customers across their lifecycle. You'll develop and deliver scalable communications, automated journeys, nurture programs and sales enablement solutions that support growth, improve customer experience and increase operational efficiency.
You'll partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technology, Data and external vendors to unlock the full potential of our AI, martech and Seismic capabilities. By turning customer insights and business priorities into practical solutions, you'll help deliver meaningful outcomes aligned to our Post30 strategy.
What you’ll deliver
- Lead the development and execution of B2B lifecycle marketing and sales enablement strategy, improving customer engagement, sales effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
- Design, implement and optimise automated customer journeys, lifecycle programs and nurture campaigns using customer data and insights.
- Lead the strategy and delivery of personalised 1:1 email communications supporting major campaigns and programs.
- Own and evolve the sales enablement platform, including roadmap planning, user experience, adoption and end-to-end support.
- Partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology and vendors to introduce new capabilities across the marketing technology stack.
- Measure and report on program performance, using insights to improve customer outcomes and marketing effectiveness.
- Lead, coach and support a team of while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused and inclusive culture.
About you
You're a commercially minded marketing leader who can connect strategy, technology, data and people. You are curious, collaborative and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You build strong relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels and can translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes. Most importantly, you're motivated by delivering better experiences for customers and helping teams succeed together.
What you’ll bring
- Experience leading teams and delivering B2B lifecycle marketing, sales enablement, customer communications or marketing automation programs in a large, complex organisation.
- Demonstrated success designing, implementing and optimising automated journeys, lifecycle programs and personalised campaigns.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Seismic or comparable martech platforms.
- The ability to work with technical specialists and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, program delivery and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
