Working at the heart of the CRM team, you will collaborate with Product, Commercial, Data, and Operations to solve complex challenges, improve the way we work, and help turn ambitious ideas into reality. What you will be doing Own the operational workflow of the CRM team, ensuring requests are prioritised, assigned, and delivered efficiently. Act as the central point of coordination for incoming CRM requests, balancing business priorities with team capacity and delivery timelines. Manage workload planning and resource allocation across the CRM team to maximise efficiency and ensure timely execution. Build and continuously improve operational processes, workflows, and governance that enable the CRM function to scale effectively. Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies, proactively resolving issues before they impact delivery. Develop reporting frameworks and operational dashboards that provide clear visibility into team performance. Partner closely with Commercial, Product, Data, and other stakeholders to align priorities and manage expectations. Lead initiatives to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through AI, workflow automation, and process optimisation. Evaluate, implement, and continuously optimise tools and technologies that improve collaboration, planning, and execution. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data driven decision making across the CRM team. Skills and Experience Required 3+ years of experience in iGaming operations, CRM, project management, or a similar role, with demonstrated experience improving processes, coordinating cross functional work, or driving operational initiatives. Proven track record of scaling operational processes within organisations. Experience implementing AI-driven workflows, automation platforms, or operational tooling to improve team efficiency is desirable. Experience building operational dashboards and reporting using business intelligence or analytics tools is desirable. Start Date: As soon as we find a match!
