Learning & Development Executive

We are looking for a Learning & Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others grow, enjoys facilitating learning experiences, and wants to contribute to building a culture of continuous development across the organisation. What You'll Do Coordinate and deliver induction and onboarding programmes for new team members. Organise, facilitate and evaluate training programmes across the organisation. Support with the identification of learning needs and sourcing training solutions. Assist in the creation and maintenance of the annual training plan. Work with other trainers in the organisation to develop engaging training materials, presentations and learning resources. Monitor and maintain training records, attendance and learning metrics. Support performance, talent and career development initiatives. Coordinate with external training providers, certifications and professional development opportunities.
