Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a CRM Operations Specialist to work on a contract basis. The role involves managing customer relationship management systems and optimizing processes to support business operations. Responsibilities include data maintenance, workflow automation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update CRM databases to ensure accuracy and integrity of customer data.

• Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline CRM processes.

• Generate and analyze reports to track CRM performance and identify improvement areas.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.

• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues to minimize disruptions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.

• Experience with data migration, cleansing, and validation techniques.

• Knowledge of workflow automation tools like Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or equivalent.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM metrics and KPIs.

• Familiarity with SQL or other query languages for data extraction and analysis.
