Description

As a CRM Production Manager at Exactius, you are a hands-on, technical 'A' player focused on the technical execution, production, and deployment of lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, app push notifications, and In-app messages. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to work with high-growth international brands, leveraging your deep technical expertise in Braze and Klaviyo to build and scale personalized retention programs.

You’ll focus on building, testing, and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys designed to drive conversions and customer retention. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will turn retention goals into seamless technical builds, Liquid logic templates, and data-driven workflow setups. Your project management and communication skills will ensure the timely execution and technical QA of all CRM initiatives.

This fully remote role is centered on active implementation and technical campaign delivery. If you excel at turning concepts into technical builds, Exactius is the place for you.

Responsibilities

• Technical Campaign Execution: Build, launch, test, and optimize multi-channel customer journeys, campaigns, and automations (email, SMS, push, in-app messaging) using Braze and/or Klaviyo.
• Personalized CRM Programs & Journeys: Develop, construct, and execute dynamic, data-driven CRM programs, behavioral triggers, lifecycle journeys, and retention funnels aligned with project requirements.
• Personalization & Technical Logic: Leverage customer data, Data Extensions, SQL, Liquid logic, AMPScript, custom event parameters, and target segmentation rules to enable sophisticated targeting, dynamic content, and personalization.
• A/B Testing Setup: Configure, launch, and monitor technical A/B and multivariate tests for messaging, timing, and audience segments.
• Data Monitoring & Tracking: Ensure accurate event logging and tracking metrics across campaign touchpoints, troubleshooting data irregularities.
• Segmentation & Database: Monitor campaign, channel, audience, and segment performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and customer experience.
• Template Production & QA: Develop, adapt, modify, and perform rigorous technical QA on CRM communications, templates, and email HTML/CSS code to ensure responsive rendering across clients.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in CRM execution, technical production, and campaign deployment.
• Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Braze (experience with Salesforce, Iterable, or Customer.io, Klaviyo is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of email HTML/CSS, Liquid logic, SQL, and event-based tracking setup.
• Languages: Fluent in English (required); German fluency is a strong preference.
• Analytics: Experience leveraging BI tools (Tableau, Count) and setting up structured A/B test builds.
• Availability: Able to support European client hours and overlap from 9 AM – 2 PM EST for US collaboration.
