CRM & Sales Operations Specialist — Remote
STRATUSstaff is looking for organized, commercially minded people who can help keep leads, CRM activity, sales opportunities, and follow-ups moving forward.
This is a hands-on operations role for someone who understands that good sales support is more than entering data. Opportunities need clear next steps, accurate information, consistent follow-up, and someone taking ownership.
What you'll work on
• Manage leads, contacts, opportunities, notes, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and organized CRM records
• Research prospects, companies, partners, and opportunities
• Track sales activity and identify stalled opportunities
• Support proposals, quotes, presentations, and sales materials
• Coordinate information between prospects, partners, and team members
• Maintain clear next actions across active opportunities
• Document conversations, decisions, and commitments
• Help improve sales and CRM processes
Who we're looking for
You may already have experience in:
• CRM administration
• Sales operations or sales support
• BPO operations
• Lead generation
• Inside sales
• Account support
• Customer success
• Business development support
• Virtual assistance with CRM responsibilities
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Highrise, or other CRM platforms is valuable, but we're more interested in your ability to learn, organize, follow through, and take ownership.
