Operations Specialist

Operations Specialist (Health & Benefits) We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Manila office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an Operations Specialist, you will support day-to-day Health & Benefits operations, including data analysis, system support, reporting and client service activities. You will work closely with internal teams to help maintain accurate client information, resolve operational issues and contribute to process improvements and system testing.
