Job Mission 🚀 As our CRM Specialist, you’ll transform digital interactions into meaningful connections. Your mission is to architect customer communications that catalyze activation, retention, and genuine enthusiasm for the energy transition. You will be the creative engine behind our newsletters and localized campaigns, ensuring our message resonates - and inspires action. Joining our Swedish country team, you will report to the local Marketing Manager while maintaining a strategic dotted line to the global Head of CRM. You’ll collaborate across borders with our product, e-commerce, and marketing squads throughout Europe to bring Tibber’s voice, vision, and unique value to life for our Swedish community. This role is a one year fixed-term employment (parental leave cover) with start in September. What you'll do ✅ Own and evolve our newsletters: Combine energy news, product updates, and relevant ecom highlights into one scroll-stopping experience. Launch creative campaigns across email, in-app, and push - like energy deals, ecom promos, or big feature launches. Personalize our customer communication: Use segmentation and Liquid logic to ensure the right message reaches the right person at the right time. Localize automated journeys: Adapt key lifecycle flows to drive activations and reduce churn in your local market. Test and iterate: Monitor performance, kill what doesn’t work, and scale what does. Collaborate cross-functionally to keep our communications sharp, on-brand and effective. Track results: Monitor engagement KPIs and translate insights into actionable improvements for content and strategy. And here's the best part: you won't be doing this alone. We're embracing new technologies and you'll be one of the first to experiment with AI-powered tools to optimize your workflow and supercharge your creativity. What we're looking for⚡ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field 3+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing or campaign management Experience with customer engagement platforms like Braze, Customer.io , Klaviyo, or Mailchimp Excellent writing skills with a talent for simplifying complex concepts Curious, proactive, creative - and comfortable owning your projects Native Swedish and fluent English is required.
