What you'll be doing: Build, execute, and iterate campaigns across email, push, SMS, in-app, and on-platform messaging in Braze Monitor campaign performance closely and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights Immerse yourself in qualitative and quantitative user data analysis Use data and segmentation models to deliver the right message to the right user, through the most effective channel Contribute to and implement A/B tests as part of structured testing plans Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and BI teams to align on strategy and execution Key Responsibilities: Support the CRM lifecycle roadmap, ensuring ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and optimisation of all activity Analyse user data to identify opportunities and challenges, using insights to drive informed decisions Create and optimise customer engagement campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging Own campaign delivery, QA, and audience segmentation to ensure accurate, timely execution Track key performance indicators and turn results into clear recommendations for continuous improvement Collaborate with data and BI experts to support data-driven decision-making What we're looking for: At least 3 years of relevant CRM experience in a consumer-facing environment Hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform, used to build and execute campaigns Comfortable with tech-related terminology (e.g. SDK, API) and able to adapt quickly to new tools Knowledge of HTML and CMS systems is a plus Ability to translate customer needs and insights into a meaningful, actionable strategy Experience project managing multiple workstreams and prioritising effectively Fluent English; experience in multi-national or multi-lingual environments is a valuable asset Bonus points: experience in banking, fintech, or another regulated industry Why Join Us: Join a mission-driven company working at the intersection of technology and financial inclusion.
