What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the WEST360 System Strategy & Roadmap the development and ongoing execution of the WEST360 enhancement
  • Serve as Primary System Expert & Business Lead
  • Partner Cross-Functionally on System Enhancements Collaborate closely with the Systems Applications team to design, test, and implement system enhancements
  • Leverage data to drive insights and decisions
  • Advance Member Growth & Relationship by deepening system capabilities

  • Enhance Member Experience through system innovation. Continuously identify opportunities to improve the member journey within WEST360.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 3-5 years of related work experience required
  • Prior knowledge and experience working in CRM and Core financial systems
  • Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills
