Bringing together leading agencies such as OMD, UM, PHD, Initiative, Flywheel, and YUNE, we combine media, data, technology, creativity and strategy in one integrated organization, helping brands grow in a rapidly changing media landscape. We’re proud to work with iconic brands like Nike, L’Oréal and McDonald’s as well as leading local and regional brands.
About the role
As a CRO Consultant at Omnicom Media Group the Netherlands, you will join a close-knit CRO team spread across our locations in Amsterdam and Groningen. Together, we drive the digital growth of leading top-tier brands. In this role, you will work closely with a Senior CRO Consultant or Team Lead, gaining hands-on experience on challenging client accounts under their guidance. You will be responsible for day-to-day optimization; from designing test ideas to analysis of test results. Additionally, you’ll learn the ins and outs of account management, and combine quantitative web data with qualitative UX research. Furthermore, you will leverage the synergy of our broader media network by connecting CRO insights to channels such as SEA, SEO, Display, and Social.
Your Responsibilities
- Experimentation & Execution: Under the guidance of a Senior or Team Lead, you are hands-on responsible for the experimentation lifecycle: from hypothesis formulation and prioritization (PIE/ICE) to statistical analysis of A/B and multivariate tests.
- Cross-City Teamwork: You collaborate closely with CRO colleagues in Amsterdam and Groningen to share insights and refine team best practices.
- Cross-Channel Optimization: You help translate insights into concrete improvements for other marketing channels (such as SEA landing pages, SEO content, and Social campaigns).
- Data Analysis & UX Research: You spot friction points in the customer journey using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and combine this with qualitative research (usertesting, heatmaps, surveys).
- Presenting & Learning: You translate complex statistical concepts into plain language and assist in presenting results clearly and energetically to clients.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven working experience as a CRO Consultant, Digital Analyst, or UX Researcher (agency experience is a plus).
- CRO Tooling: Solid experience with A/B testing platforms (such as VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, Kameleoon), design tools like Figma, behavioral tools like Contentsquare and Hotjar, and web analytics (GA4, Looker Studio).
- Skillset: Basic understanding of statistics for A/B testing, affinity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and strong analytical skills.
- Soft Skills: Eager to learn, proactive, and strong communication skills. You enjoy sparring and growing within a team setup.
