About the role
As CRO Manager, you'll take dedicated ownership of conversion rate optimisation across confirm.com, turning the traffic our paid and organic channels generate into sales-ready pipeline. This is a newly created, standalone role where you'll be the specialist voice in the team building a structed, always-on testing and personalisation programme for our core Frontline and Scale-Up audiences.
You'll own the end-to-end web conversion journey, from landing page through to Book a Demo, working closely with Marketing Operations, our website development partners and the wider marketing team to diagnose bottlenecks, run continuous experiments and prove our commercial impact in a way that stands up to scrutiny from senior stakeholders. You'll report directly to Head of Digital Performance.
What you will be doing:
Roles and responsibilities include:
-
Conversion strategy and experimentation: Build, own and scale a structured CRO programme for confirm.com, centred on a continuous roadmap of A/B and multivariate tests, including architecturing and optimising a PLG funnel.
-
Journey mapping and friction reduction: Map and optimise the web journey for our Frontline and Scale-Up personas, working closely with Marketing Operations to deliver a seamless webform experience.
-
Personalisation and segmentation: Implement web personalisation and behavioural targeting that tailors the on-site experience to different audience segments and account types.
-
Tooling and diagnostics: Manage our CRO testing and heatmapping tools (Hotjar) alongside HubSpot to diagnose conversion bottlenecks and prioritise the experimentation backlog.
-
Measurement and reporting: Define and report on CRO KPIs, such as Demo Form conversion rate and pipeline velocity, translating test results and behavioural analytics into clear, commercially-framed recommendations.
-
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with the paid and organic channel owners, content and campaign teams to align the test roadmap with wider marketing priorities and product launches.
-
Vendor and budget management: Manage the CRO/testing tool budget and work with external website development partners and user testing platforms to execute the experimentation programme.
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
-
A proven CRO track record: experience designing and running A/B and multivariate testing programmes, including wireframing and experiment design, that have measurably moved conversion and pipeline metrics.
-
Strong analytical skills: confident interpreting GA4 data, heatmaps and session recordings, spotting where prospects drop out of the journey and turning that into a prioritised, evidence-led test plan.
-
Platform and tool proficiency: hands-on experience with a dedicated CRO/testing platform and heatmapping tools, GA4, Wordpress and marketing automation systems such as HubSpot.
-
Excellent communication skills: able to bridge technical CRO concepts and revenue goals, presenting test results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across the business.
-
Vendor and agency management: confident managing external website development partners, user testing platforms and contractors to deliver the experimentation roadmap.
-
A B2B, SaaS or similar background: experience optimising demo-request or lead-generation journeys in a B2B context is a strong advantage.
-
Experience with Product Led Growth motions, or with Chili Piper for A/B testing tracking, would be advantageous.
Closing date for receipt of applications is 5pm UK time on 23rd October 2026
