The role (for our client)
We’re looking for a CRO Specialist to take full-time ownership of conversion rate optimization across the business. This is a data-driven CRO role, not a design position.
You’ll analyze customer behavior, identify conversion opportunities, develop and evaluate experiments, and use data to improve the performance of our digital customer journey.
What you'll do
- Own the CRO process, from identifying opportunities through testing and measuring results.
- Analyze website and funnel performance to identify conversion gaps and growth opportunities.
- Use data to understand customer behavior and make recommendations based on evidence.
- Develop, prioritize, and evaluate A/B tests and other conversion experiments.
- Monitor conversion rates, funnel performance, and other relevant business metrics.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to clearly communicate findings.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for the business.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, product, and other teams to implement CRO initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate test results and use learnings to inform future optimization.
- Help streamline reporting and CRO processes as the business grows.
What this role is not:
This role is not intended for a designer transitioning into CRO. We are specifically looking for someone with a genuine CRO and data background
- Proven professional experience specifically in CRO / Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience analyzing digital funnels, websites, landing pages, or e-commerce experiences.
- Hands-on experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
- Ability to build or work confidently with dashboards and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the CRO function.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable learning and using new software and tools quickly in a fast-moving remote environment.
- Work with EST hours and B2 lvl of English for internal communication
