Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) for e-commerce or DTC businesses.
Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology, including sample sizing, statistical significance, and avoiding premature conclusions or peeking at test results.
Proficiency with test-prioritization frameworks such as PXL, ICE, or PIE.
Hands-on experience building and optimizing landing pages using platforms such as Shopify, Elementor, or custom solutions.
Demonstrate strong proficiency with analytics and behavioral tools, including Google Analytics, Segmetrics, PostHog, and Microsoft Clarity.
Use heatmaps and session recordings to identify conversion opportunities.
A hypothesis-driven approach to experimentation, using testing to validate insights and learn rather than relying on assumptions.
Familiarity with CRO testing platforms such as PostHog, VWO, or equivalent tools.
Working knowledge of Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace for managing projects, communication, and reporting.
Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to support research, analysis, ideation, and workflow efficiency.
Basic front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript.
Experience using Figma for design and prototyping and Canva for creating visual assets.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce funnels.
Experience working with regulated or high-scrutiny industries, such as CBD/THC, supplements, or telehealth.

Responsibilities:

Own the testing roadmap by maintaining a prioritized queue of conversion tests across landing pages, product pages, checkout, and funnels.
Use a defined prioritization framework such as PXL, ICE, or PIE.
Design, build, and launch A/B and multivariate tests, and evaluate results for statistical significance before declaring a winner.
Turn data into actionable hypotheses by analyzing analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify conversion leaks and understand their underlying causes.
Build and continuously optimize landing pages and funnels in collaboration with the design and development resources within the pod.
Partner with the media buyer to ensure landing pages and advertisements are aligned in terms of offer, messaging, and user intent.
Implement winning test variants and report key performance outcomes, including revenue per visitor and conversion lift, to the Account Manager.
