Crypto Community & Growth Manager

Hi Violet is a growth agency working with crypto, web3, and emerging technology companies. We're looking for a Crypto Community Manager who understands memecoin, NFT, and crypto culture and knows how to grow communities organically.

You'll manage social accounts, create culturally relevant content, build relationships with KOLs, and actively drive community growth across multiple projects.

• Own day-to-day posting, engagement, and growth across X, Telegram, Discord, etc.
• Create memes, posts, threads, and other culturally relevant content.
• Engage with communities daily and participate in relevant conversations.
• Identify and collaborate with KOLs, creators, and community ambassadors to expand reach.
• Spot emerging trends and narratives and turn them into growth opportunities.
• Experiment with and execute creative, unconventional growth tactics across client ecosystems.
• Track follower growth, engagement, reach, and community activity to measure what's working.

• Deep understanding of crypto culture, especially memecoins, NFTs, and Crypto Twitter.
• Experience managing or growing crypto communities or social accounts.
• Strong writing and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with crypto KOLs, influencers, and community growth tactics.
• Self-directed and comfortable working across multiple projects.
• Comfortable collaborating asynchronously with a distributed team across the US/UK.

We're a small, distributed team working directly with ambitious companies in crypto and emerging technology. You'll have significant creative ownership, exposure to different memecoin/NFT communities, and involvement in launches.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just write about crypto but actually participates in the culture and understands its nuances.
