Crypto Community Manager

Trendy Career is looking for a Community Manager to take care of our crypto community. The role is fully remote.

You will be responsible for the daily life of the community across Discord, Telegram and X. That means answering questions from members, keeping conversations alive, moderating discussions, publishing announcements and product updates, and making sure people who ask for help actually get it. You will work closely with our moderators, host AMAs and community calls, and bring recurring questions and feedback back to the team so that the product and marketing people know what members are really talking about.

A significant part of this job is keeping the community safe. Scam links, impersonators and fake support accounts show up constantly in crypto, and we expect you to notice them early and react without waiting for instructions. You will also be the calm voice in the room when the market moves against us, which happens regularly.

We are looking for someone with three to five years of community management experience, ideally with at least part of it in crypto or web3. You should be comfortable running Discord and Telegram at a real scale, including bots, roles and moderation tools, and you should write clearly in English, since most of the communication happens there. A working understanding of wallets, exchanges, tokens and basic on-chain activity matters. You do not need to be a trader, but you should understand what members are discussing.

Our team works on Philippine time, so we would prefer you to be based in the Philippines or in a nearby time zone. If you are further away but can genuinely keep working hours close to ours, that works too. Please tell us in your application which hours you can cover.

Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 USD per year
