Compensation: $200,000 – $255,000 USD per year (base), depending on experience

About the role

CityMed Hospital is hiring a Crypto HR Business Partner to own HR strategy and operations for our crypto and digital-asset initiatives. You’ll support distributed teams across hiring, onboarding, performance, benefits, and employee relations—while keeping policies compliant, inclusive, and practical for a fast-moving Web3 environment tied to a healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, headcount, and retention for crypto/product teams
• Design and maintain HR policies suited to remote and cross-border crypto talent
• Run end-to-end personnel processes: recruiting support, onboarding, performance reviews, offboarding
• Administer employee benefits and advise managers on compensation banding within approved ranges
• Handle employee relations with discretion; escalate legal/compliance issues appropriately
• Keep HRIS records accurate and aligned with data-protection requirements
• Build a high-performance, inclusive culture across multicultural remote teams
• Coordinate with compliance on contractor vs. employee classification and sensitive role requirements

Requirements

• Strong foundation in HR / HR management with remote or international team experience
• Proven ownership of HR policies, benefits, and full-cycle personnel management
• Knowledge of labor regulations, privacy, and distributed-workforce best practices
• Excellent communication skills; able to handle confidential information responsibly
• Proficiency with HRIS and remote collaboration tools
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field — or equivalent practical experience
• Fluent English

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or healthcare/healthtech organizations
• Familiarity with multi-country contractor management
• Prior work supporting technical or trading/product teams
