Banker's Lounge Academy is a 16-year-old financial training institution based in Cairo, Egypt. We've trained 80,000+ graduates, 70% of whom work inside banks, and we run corporate training programs across 15 governorates in Egypt. Founded by Dr. Emad Kattara, we're now expanding into digital assets, building on our institutional roots rather than starting from zero.
We're hiring a Crypto Innovation Strategist who has actually shaped how a business, fund, or institution approaches crypto and digital assets — not someone who follows trends from the sidelines. You've helped an organization decide what to build, what to adopt, or what to avoid in this space. Maybe you led innovation strategy at a fintech, advised a fund on emerging asset classes, or built the internal case for a bank to move into digital assets. You understand where the industry is heading — new products, institutional adoption patterns, regulatory shifts — and you can translate that into decisions people can actually act on.
Your job will be to bring that strategic thinking into practical, applied content for banking professionals and students — helping them understand not just what's happening in crypto, but where it's going and why it matters for their institutions. All case studies and examples run on demo/testnet environments or anonymized data. We never require exposure of proprietary strategies or confidential client work.
Format: Remote, full-time. Hybrid content delivery (pre-recorded modules + live sessions), with live sessions scheduled to bridge Singapore and Cairo time zones.
