Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive Crypto Product Manager who can turn innovative ideas into well-structured digital products. This position involves identifying market opportunities, setting product priorities, coordinating implementation, and evaluating results after launch.

You will help shape product direction by combining customer insights, market research, and business objectives. Working alongside technical and commercial teams, you will ensure that product initiatives have clearly defined goals, realistic delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.

The role is suited to someone who understands the cryptocurrency landscape and can balance innovation with usability, operational efficiency, and responsible product development.

Your Responsibilities

• Establish product objectives and translate business priorities into actionable development plans.
• Research customer expectations, industry developments, and competing crypto solutions.
• Coordinate the delivery of new features and enhancements across the product lifecycle.
• Prepare product documentation, requirements, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Work with developers and designers to ensure product functionality meets user and business needs.
• Review product metrics and recommend changes based on measurable performance results.
• Manage feature priorities and help development teams maintain realistic delivery schedules.
• Explore opportunities involving blockchain applications, digital asset services, crypto payments, and decentralized platforms.
• Collect stakeholder feedback and incorporate relevant findings into future product iterations.
• Identify potential product issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Communicate project status, delivery risks, and strategic recommendations to decision-makers.
• Support collaboration between product, technology, business, and compliance functions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings a combination of product management experience, analytical thinking, and familiarity with digital asset technologies.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a comparable role.
• Previous involvement in cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or technology-driven financial products.
• Understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and release management.
• Ability to interpret customer feedback, market research, and product performance data.
• Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, crypto exchanges, digital wallets, tokens, or related technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to organize complex tasks, manage deadlines, and make informed decisions.
• Confidence working with distributed teams and independently managing responsibilities.

A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Economics, or a related discipline is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $200,000–$270,000 USD

The compensation package may include:
