In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering community and stakeholder engagement programs across Transport for NSW.
This role will see you provide administrative and operational support to the Community & Stakeholder Engagement (CSE) branch, helping coordinate systems, processes, meetings, reporting, procurement activities and engagement events that support the effective delivery of projects and programs.
You will coordinate team administration, manage shared inboxes and correspondence, support procurement and contract processes, prepare event materials and kits, and contribute to the smooth delivery of engagement activities in a collaborative and fast-paced project environment.
We have a number of permanent roles available across the following areas: Sydney - office locations CBD, Parramatta and one role in Newcastle.

About you
Your administrative, coordination and organisational skills formed across government, infrastructure, project-based or corporate environments will see you effectively manage competing priorities, support team operations and contribute to the successful delivery of engagement activities and projects.
You're recognised as a proactive and reliable team member, skilled at coordinating meetings, maintaining records, managing shared inboxes, preparing documentation and supporting events, experienced in administrative support, procurement and contract administration, stakeholder correspondence, records management and business operations support.
