Your Role on the Team You'll help create a smooth experience for members from their initial appointment through follow-up. Your responsibilities may include: Coordinate and confirm virtual member appointments Meet with members through video conference or phone Identify individual needs through conversation and active listening Introduce and explain available benefit programs Provide clear answers to questions about available options Assist members with online forms and required documentation Keep digital client records accurate and up to date Manage follow-up communication and outstanding requests Maintain professional relationships with the members you assist Participate in team training and development sessions What You Bring We're not looking for one specific professional background.
