About the Opportunity:

The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE II (Phones, Bilingual Portuguese/English) role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support in a remote call center environment. This position is responsible for handling claims, eligibility inquiries, and resolving customer issues effectively in both English and Portuguese. The role contributes to maintaining service excellence, meeting call center performance goals, and supporting overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service via phone in both English and Portuguese
• Coordinate claims electronically and by telephone
• Handle eligibility inquiries across all lines of business
• Achieve established service level agreements and quality targets
• Resolve customer issues during the first contact
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality standards
• Document all customer communications in the CRM system
• Use a knowledge base to stay informed of client requirements
• Mentor and train other customer service representatives as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
• Minimum of 2 years contact center experience preferred
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs simultaneously
• Customer service oriented: empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious
• Experience handling electronic data across different platforms
• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $18.50 per hour plus $1 per hour pay for performance
