CSRs (Temporary WFH) for Medical Allied Graduates

ECLARO is currently hiring Medical Allied graduates for the temporary work from home set up for our BPO Business Partner

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in an allied health-related field (BS Pharmacy, BS Medical Technology, BS Biology, BS Psychology, BS Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, BS Nutrition, Social Work, or other relevant allied health courses)

•At least 6 months of healthcare BPO experience

•Good communication skills

•Can start on November 2, 2026

Work Setup:

•Temporary Work From Home starting from training

•The role may transition to a hybrid or on-site setup in Quezon City

•WFH equipment will be provided by our Business Partner

This role supports healthcare-related operations by handling customer and patient inquiries, reviewing and processing healthcare information, coordinating with appropriate teams, and ensuring that services are delivered accurately and efficiently. You will use your healthcare knowledge and professional experience to provide quality support while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards.
