You see the big picture, you’ve always worked on a grand scale, and now you’re ready to re-focus on grand impact.

You bring structure, mitigation and education to our organisation. Our records and datasets are vast and varied. This is your opportunity to safeguard critical infrastructure, order and protect sensitive data, and defend against emerging cyber threats. You'll be part of an expert team who protect against thousands of threats every day.

In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering cybersecurity assurance and secure technology outcomes across Customer Technology (CT) and Operational Technology (OT) projects. You will provide cybersecurity advice and assurance, ensuring compliance with TfNSW standards, regulatory obligations, PCI DSS, and relevant security frameworks.

You will support CT/OT project delivery through demand scoping, engagement planning, governance, risk, audit, compliance, penetration testing, and exception management activities. You will also provide security architecture support, contribute to cyber roadmaps and assurance initiatives, maintain cyber artefacts and reporting, and ensure alignment with the TfNSW Integrated Project Management Framework.

About you

You bring experience in cybersecurity, architecture, technology delivery, compliance, audit, or risk management, with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to simplify complex issues.

You have experience supporting CT and OT projects, developing cybersecurity artefacts and assurance documentation, and providing practical security advice, with strong knowledge of PCI DSS. Experience in IEC 62443, cyber risk management, security architecture, governance, audit, compliance, and penetration testing is highly desirable.

You are comfortable working across multiple initiatives, balancing specialist cybersecurity expertise with broader project support to deliver secure, compliant, and business-focused outcomes.
