Job Description:

At Johnson & Johnson, we are advancing innovative cell therapies that are transforming outcomes for patients with haematological cancers. We are looking for a Cell Therapy Coordinator to support treatment centres and ensure a smooth and seamless experience throughout the CAR-T treatment journey!

The Role


As a Cell Therapy Coordinator, you will work closely with certified CAR-T treatment centres, acting as the key operational contact for nurse coordinators and other partners involved in patient treatment.

You will help coordinate activities from patient enrolment through cell collection, manufacturing, logistics and treatment, ensuring that patients, treatment centres and internal teams remain aligned throughout the process.

Working as part of the Medical Affairs organisation, you will collaborate with colleagues across cell therapy operations, supply chain, customer service and patient engagement to support sites and resolve operational challenges when they arise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support treatment centres throughout the CAR-T treatment process. Coordinate operational activities related to patient treatment and cell logistics.
  • Act as the primary contact for nurse coordinators and other site stakeholders. Monitor patient and cell journey milestones and proactively communicate updates.
  • Help resolve operational issues and support exceptions, rescheduling and cancellations when required. Provide training and support on order management systems and processes.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Contribute insights and best practices that help improve the overall customer and patient experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience or Master's degree in a scientific, healthcare or related field.
  • Experience in a customer-facing healthcare environment, within hospitals, clinical operations, patient coordination or healthcare services.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and IT platforms. Fluent English and Spanish.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting transplant, haematology or oncology services.
  • Exposure to cell therapy, CAR-T therapies or advanced therapies.
  • Experience working within supply chain, clinical research or healthcare operations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€58,900.00 - €94,760.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
