CTO / Technical Co-Founder (m/f/d)

We’re building an AI platform focused on real-time, multimodal intelligence, agentic systems, and contextual reasoning.

We’re looking for a hands-on CTO / Technical Co-Founder to take technical ownership and build a scalable, production-grade platform.

• Agentic AI: Design and evolve multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, and autonomous AI workflows.
• LLM Engineering: Build advanced reasoning pipelines, RAG systems, model routing, and evaluation frameworks.
• Real-Time AI: Develop low-latency processing pipelines for streaming audio, language, and multimodal signals.
• Knowledge & Context: Architect knowledge graphs, persistent memory, contextual retrieval, and entity-based intelligence.
• Backend & Infrastructure: Build scalable, event-driven architectures, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• AI Reliability: Address latency, observability, evaluation, security, privacy, and production scalability.

• Strong hands-on experience in backend engineering, and distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI orchestration.
• Experience with real-time data processing, streaming architectures, and asynchronous systems.
• Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure, databases, APIs, and DevOps/MLOps.
• Ability to make architectural decisions, write production code, and build an engineering team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take end-to-end technical ownership.

Experience with speech AI, multimodal models, knowledge graphs, or low-latency inference is a strong plus.

• Technical Co-Founder role with meaningful equity participation.
• Existing PoC, AI pipelines, and a substantial technology foundation.
• Full ownership of technical architecture, engineering, and AI development.
• Opportunity to build proprietary AI capabilities way beyond conventional LLM applications.
• Experienced business Co-Founder with a background in building and scaling technology companies.
• Flexible initial engagement, with the goal of transitioning to a full-time leadership role.
