Our client Partner, Hook is currently building an exciting technology start-up and they are searching for a CTO/Tech-person (hands-on) to take lead on the development and tech side of their business and essentially drive it forward. Hook.tech predicts how to keep your customers adopting, loving and advocating for your product. Their software uses AI to analyse all aspects of your customer engagement, and shows you where to focus to increase loyalty. It alows CS and sales teams to spend their time delivering amazing experiences where they matter most. Hook keeps an eye on everything else. Ideal Candidate: You really know your stuff, you've got a glowing portfolio and have built a number off back-end apps from ground-up in your time. You now want to build something long-term and you want to put your name on something special and really make your mark. Here is your chance to be part of something big and build an impactful product. We're looking for someone passionate about joining a start-up and have a keen interest within the Customer Experience and is dedicated to seeing projects through the entire life cycle from conception to deployment and beyond. A creative problem solver with a flexible nature, willing to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced start-up business. Essential Experience: Working in a development environment, building, testing, and deploying cross-platform, responsive web (and mobile) applications. Working collaboratively with a team. The tech stack will be conceived with your knowledge at the heart (Python/Ruby/Node.js).
