In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction by supporting internal and external clients, coordinating administrative tasks, and contributing to team results through effective process management and customer service excellence. Provide support to the teams in the Back Office administrative office and represent the additional interface with internal clients and external ones when necessary Take professional initiative on administrative tasks and coordinate with local offices for tasks that cannot be done remotely Work as part of the team, involved in processes from end to end, and contribute to the team's results Contribute to the successful integration of each new employee/member of the region through specific training and assistance Account successfully, in a timely manner, and ensure maintenance during the life cycle of all orders, contracts, and projects in systems Work closely with all relevant departments, including sales, procurement, supply, and operations, to ensure process standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness Assume an active role in implementing and maintaining Honeywell Operating System (HOS) Work in line with policy guidelines and global processes Meet the objectives of the department/team and the behavioral objectives of Honeywell YOU MUST HAVE 2+ years’ experience in a Customer Services or related field Understanding of how different functions in the organization interact Strong organization skills Experience working in a customer-facing role Knowledge of Salesforce applications Good knowledge of SAP ERP application WE VALUE Bachelor’s Degree Knowledge and understanding of Honeywell values Awareness of main objectives of commercial activity Understanding the importance of health and safety at work ABOUT HONEYWELL TECHNOLOGIES Honeywell Technologies is a global, pure-play automation company with a legacy of innovating to help solve the world’s most mission-critical challenges, enhancing the quality of life for people and communities around the world.
