Sun Chemical is seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Customer Account Analyst II to serve as a trusted partner to our customers and internal teams. In this fully remote role, you'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive exceptional service experiences, and play a critical role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Account Analyst II, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as a primary point of contact for customer needs.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring a high level of service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional business partners.
- Communicate proactively regarding order status, shipment updates, product availability, and other customer inquiries.
- Monitor open orders, shipments, and account activity to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential issues before they become problems and work collaboratively to resolve them.
- Manage customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Follow established processes and procedures to effectively manage exceptions and special requests.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance service levels.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer service, account management, order management, or business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal).
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
- Experience supporting customers within a manufacturing, chemical, industrial, or distribution environment.
