Customer Accounts Representative (f/m/d)

with fluent German and English language skills

What to expect:

• The Customer Account Representative provides the best possible service and support to customers through mediums such as telephone, email and fax
• Contacts customers to resolve outstanding credit and debit balances and ensures orders ship same day whenever possible
• Provides account information to customers
• Reconciles customer account information
• Works closely with both the Customer Service and the Finance department

What we are looking for:

• Desire and ability to interact directly with customers and carry out correspondences in a professional and courteous manner.
• Fluent German and English language skills, written and verbal; Polish or other European language skills beneficial.
• Good computer and MS Office skills, as well as an affinity for numbers.
• Meets targets while interacting with colleagues within the team and liaising departments.
• Works with initiative.
