As a Customer Advisor for Toyota & Lexus insurance products, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to both dealers and private customers. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that supports iconic automotive brands and helps shape the future of mobility. What you’ll do Respond to customer inquiries about Toyota & Lexus insurance products via email, phone, and other channels Prepare insurance quotations in collaboration with certified dealers Accurately and efficiently prepare and follow up on customer files Coordinate with insurance partners to ensure smooth case handling Provide commercial and administrative support to both dealers and private customers About you To be successful in this role you will be: A degree in an administrative field (e.g. Insurance, Legal Practice, Office Management) is a strong plus, experience is not a must Curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in insurance and customer service. Proficient with administrative tasks and skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Quick to pick up new knowledge, especially when guided by experienced colleagues. Structured and detail-focused, with a proactive and responsible mindset. Motivated by helping others and confident in handling customer and dealer interactions.
