English-speaking Digital Private Client Advisor – Luxury Brand | Brussels

Are you passionate about luxury, premium customer experiences, and building lasting client relationships?

We are looking for an English-speaking Digital Private Client Advisor to join the Client Services Centre of a world-renowned luxury brand in Brussels, supporting clients across the Nordic, Irish, and UK markets.

This is a digital role where you will combine high-end client support, complaint handling, relationship management, and cross-selling. You will work with premium clients and help create an exceptional experience while identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and drive sales.

Your responsibilities

• Manage incoming client requests and complaints through digital channels, ensuring an exceptional level of service.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with high-value and VIP clients.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and personalized product recommendations during client interactions.
• Develop and nurture a portfolio of valuable clients by re-engaging existing customers and identifying new opportunities.
• Provide a highly personalized omnichannel experience tailored to individual client preferences.
• Support the growth of high-end digital sales through a sophisticated and consultative approach.
• Create detailed client profiles to better understand preferences, purchasing habits, and future opportunities.
• Conduct virtual and in-store appointments when required.
• Support commercial events and client engagement initiatives.
• Work towards individual and team sales and service targets.

What we are looking for

• C2-level English is required.
• Must have: Previous relevant experience in luxury retail, premium customer service, luxury hospitality, sales, or VIP support.
• Experience dealing with demanding or high-value customers in a professional environment.
• Confidence handling complaints while identifying commercial opportunities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in cross-selling and relationship-based sales.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and online client interactions.
• Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Interest in fashion, styling, luxury products, and premium customer experiences.

Experience within another luxury fashion house or premium brand would be highly valued.

We are also open to candidates coming from luxury hospitality, including luxury hotel reception, concierge, premium guest services, VIP customer care, high-end retail, and similar environments.

Both early-career candidates with relevant premium experience and more experienced luxury

Location & relocation

• Location: Brussels, Belgium
• Open to both candidates already living locally and candidates relocating from abroad.
• Candidates relocating internationally can receive 1 month of accommodation.
• No visa sponsorship is available, so applicants must already have the legal right to work in Belgium or European citizenship
• Expected start dates are in September or October.

Note: The position is fully on-site for the first 3 months. From the 4th month onwards, employees become eligible to work from home 2 days per week and can also make use of up to 15 working days abroad per year.
