As a Customer Advisor for Toyota & Lexus insurance products, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to both dealers and private customers. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that supports iconic automotive brands and helps shape the future of mobility.

What you’ll do

• Respond to customer inquiries about Toyota & Lexus insurance products via email, phone, and other channels
• Prepare insurance quotations in collaboration with certified dealers
• Accurately and efficiently prepare and follow up on customer files
• Coordinate with insurance partners to ensure smooth case handling
• Provide commercial and administrative support to both dealers and private customers

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• A degree in an administrative field (e.g. Insurance, Legal Practice, Office Management) is a strong plus, experience is not a must
• Curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in insurance and customer service.
• Proficient with administrative tasks and skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Quick to pick up new knowledge, especially when guided by experienced colleagues.
• Structured and detail-focused, with a proactive and responsible mindset.
• Motivated by helping others and confident in handling customer and dealer interactions.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good working knowledge of English.
