Customer Advisor Italian

We are looking for Customer Advisors to join our Customer Service Department. What will you do? As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating with them via email, phone, or chat. Your role involves accurately addressing a wide range of questions and translating issues into effective solutions. In this position, you will provide proactive advice, and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambiance in their homes. You will achieve this through your growing technical knowledge of our lighting products. Additionally, you will thoroughly record customer data and manage orders, shipments, and returns or warranty claims in our CRM system. We are looking for you, because you... are communicative and have a knack for smooth conversations have prior experience as a customer service representative are proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and excel at multitasking are fluent in Italian and Spanish would be a standout candidate if you are fluent in a third language where you feel confident in helping customers can speak English on a professional level (C1 or higher) handle stress well and remain composed under pressure are patient, a good listener, and possess commercial insight are living in Barcelona city and are able to work in the office for at least 60% of your contract hours; have a Spanish Social Security Number and/or a NIE - without it, you cannot start working for us! Not all markets require working on Saturdays; therefore, it might be possible that you will never have the option to work on that day. Working on Sundays or National Holidays are also a possibility: in that case you will receive an extra allowance, or you can choose for extra free days!
