As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent, you'll become part of one of our international customer support teams, helping customers through a variety of enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels. You'll work with well-known international brands, delivering outstanding service while ensuring every customer receives the support they need What you'll be doing Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive customer experience. Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels. Assist customers with account-related questions, requests and issue resolution. Provide accurate information and guide customers through the appropriate processes. Complete administrative tasks accurately and maintain detailed customer records. Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure the best possible customer experience. Follow internal procedures, quality standards and data security guidelines where applicable. What we're looking for Native-level Dutch (spoken and written). Good command of English. A professional working and thinking level. Customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential—we provide full paid training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Good computer skills and confidence using multiple systems. Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays where required. A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. What we offer Competitive gross monthly salary of €1,559.25 - €1,600 (based on a 39-hour contract). Monthly performance bonus of up to €200 gross.
