We're seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our Customer Success department at Nodalview! As a Customer Care & Logistics Intern , you'll work directly with our international team , engaging with customers and providing assistance in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. If you're an adaptive self-starter with strong communication and empathy , we welcome you to join our team! Curious to see what your day-to-day will look like? 💪 Advise and guide our customers through the use of Nodalview by replying to our customers' multiple requests. You'll have the opportunity to handle product-related issues, commercial requests, financial questions,... Transfer customer feedbacks to the product team to add improvements and new feature requests to our solution that would delight our customers even more! Arrange the shipping of our customers' orders and follow up on material warranties Collaborate with the sales team to answer shipping inquiries and drive solutions Participate in building the Nodalview customer experience strategy . Immerse yourself in the core of a SaaS company and communicate with every department. Who are we looking for? Bachelor level and above (End of study internship, Gap year internship) French is your primary language (as you will mainly contact French customers) and you have a good command of English (most of our internal communications are in English). Efficiency is your second nature, and you are not afraid to pick up your phone You can communicate well with others You have strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset allowing you to juggle multiple tasks at once. You take initiative and you’re a fast learner. You have an acquaintance with tech and would like to understand more about how a SaaS company operates from the core. You have to do an internship of a minimum of 4 months .
