Customer Support Consultant (Remote) — $16.50/hr Eligible Locations: Arizona, Colorado, Texas (excluding Houston) About the Role This fully remote customer support role is ideal for individuals who excel in structured environments, communicate clearly, and deliver consistent, high‑quality service. Consultants support customers through inbound interactions, follow established processes, and maintain professionalism while working from home. Work Environment & Location Requirements Must live in Texas (excluding Houston) , Arizona , or Colorado 100% remote — consultants cannot travel with equipment Quiet, distraction‑free workspace required Internet: Minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload Wireless providers are not accepted Equipment provided: Laptop, Mouse, Headset Dress Code: Casual Schedule & Availability Open availability is required for all listed hours. Standard Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST Peak Season (11/17–Jan): Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST Shift Bids: After training, consultants receive a schedule based on business needs and availability. A new consistent shift will be assigned during the 11/17 bid cycle . Training Requirements Training attendance is mandatory . Missing any portion may result in termination. Day 1 (Friday): Paid Orientation with TEKsystems & Deckers (2 hours; time assigned week of start) Weeks 1–3 (Mon–Fri): Module Training & On‑the‑Job Training 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST Key Responsibilities Customer Support — Provide friendly, accurate assistance across inbound channels Issue Resolution — Troubleshoot customer concerns using provided tools Documentation — Record interactions accurately and follow compliance standards System Navigation — Work efficiently across multiple platforms Professional Communication — Maintain a positive, solutions‑focused tone Ideal Candidate Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable in a structured, fast‑paced environment Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility Ability to learn new systems quickly Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
