Weather Shield Roofing Systems is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support our Service Team by caring for customers, coordinating service work, and ensuring an excellent experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do Answer and manage incoming customer calls and emails Provide ongoing communication and support throughout service projects Manage work orders through completion Assist with scheduling service technicians Help resolve customer concerns professionally Review completed work orders and invoicing Assist with AR Manage field staff payroll Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional on-call needs.
