Solutions : You’ll identify real opportunities for improvement! Analysis: You’ll identify issues and develop solutions! Feedback: You’ll use feedback to develop more successful service and sales strategies! Customer Consulting: You build and strengthen relationships! You’re a facilitator and source of inspiration for our customers! Strategy: You monitor the market and analyze the competition! Sales: You'll be responsible for selling replacement parts and providing services! WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE Training as a technician, service technician, or comparable training Preferably with experience in technical support or a comparable position Knowledge in the areas of installation, user training, and commissioning of professional equipment Experience in relationship management with partners/service partners Good communication skills in both service and sales Ability to work both as part of a team and independently Establishing and maintaining effective communication and partnerships with dealers, service partners, and colleagues Proven success in building and managing a dealer/service network Excellent communications skills with ability to work across functions and external partners Fluent in English and comfortable in a dynamic international environment Strong negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills OUR CULTURE IN 4 WORDS Be Customer Obsessed.
