Customer Care & Technical Support Specialist with Italian and Spanish (remote)

Are you fluent in Italian or Spanish and interested in combining customer service with practical technical support? For our international partner, we are looking for an Italian-speaking specialist to support customers of a leading premium household technology brand.

The position is focused mainly on customer service and technical troubleshooting, with additional support related to sales, orders, and deliveries. The client’s name cannot be disclosed at this stage of the recruitment process.

Main responsibilities:

• Handling inbound customer calls in Italian, Spanish, + English;
• Assisting customers with technical and product-related issues;
• Using video diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical problems;
• Providing information about products, availability, and suitable solutions;
• Supporting customers with orders, deliveries, warranties, repairs, refunds and replacements;
• Escalating cases that cannot be resolved remotely;
• Recording case details accurately in English;
• Working with multiple applications, browser tabs and virtual desktop systems.

Requirements:

• Italian/Spanish at a minimum C1 level;
• Good command of English;
• Previous experience in a relevant customer service role;
• Interest in technology and confidence in handling technical questions;
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate several systems simultaneously;
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills;
• Availability to work rotational shifts and weekends;
• Eligibility to work in Greece.

Advanced IT knowledge is not required, as full training will be provided.

Working conditions:

• Location: Greece;
• Work-from-home option available from within Greece; relocation package is valid only for Athens;
• Working hours: rotational shifts between 09:00 and 21:00;
• Schedule: Monday–Friday and weekends;
• Saturday operating hours: 10:00–19:00;
• Gross monthly salary: €1045 for full-time employment;
• Tax relief for first-time employees in Greece;
• In Greece, you have 14 salaries;
• Productivity bonus of up to €150 per month;
• Ten days of initial training, followed by supported on-the-job learning.

Relocation package:

• Two weeks of paid accommodation upon arrival;
• Flight ticket to Greece covered by the employer;
• Assistance throughout the relocation process.
