Your Responsibilities:

• Be the Voice of a Premium Brand: Deliver high-quality, empathetic support to customers via inbound calls using Dutch and English.
• Assist & Solve: Handle after-sales inquiries, order tracking, missing or delayed parcels, warranty questions, refunds, and product availability.
• Guide Purchases: Support sales-related calls by providing expert product recommendations and order assistance.
• Master Tech Support: Perform exciting technical troubleshooting for modern household appliances using advanced video diagnostic tools.
• Manage Resolutions: Coordinate device repairs, replacements, and spare part ordering for products both within and out of warranty.

What We Are Looking For:

• Language Skills: Dutch at a C1 level or higher, plus English proficiency for internal systems and cross-language support.
• Tech-Savvy Mindset: Experience or comfort navigating multiple browser tabs, apps, and virtual desktop environments.
• Customer-Centric: Strong communication skills, great empathy, and natural problem-solving abilities.
• Background: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but passion and drive are what truly matter!

Working Schedule: The department operates Monday through Friday between 09:00 and 21:00, and Saturday between 10:00 and 19:00 (agents typically work 2 Saturdays per month), with rotating shifts depending on regional coverage. Paid overtime is available when necessary.
