Customer Channels AI Product and Delivery Expert

We are looking for a Customer Channels AI Product & Delivery Expert to drive the delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of AI-powered customer channel solutions, including chatbots, voicebots, interaction intelligence and future AI initiatives.

This role combines product ownership, project delivery and stakeholder management, ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable business value and enhance customer experience across Yettel customer channels.

What we will expect from you:

• Lead AI initiatives from idea and business requirements through implementation, go-live and value realization.
• Translate business needs into clear product roadmaps, requirements and delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery of AI-powered solutions.
• Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for optimization, automation and customer experience improvements.
• Track key business and operational metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare and present materials and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Monitor AI market trends and emerging technologies relevant to customer channels and digital transformation.

For a good start you will need:

• University degree in Business, Organizational Sciences, Information Technology or a related field.

• Experience in project, product or delivery management.

• Experience working with digital products, customer channels or AI-powered solutions is considered an advantage.

• Good understanding of telecommunications industry, customer support and sales processes, ideally within Yettel or similar telecom environments.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Strong ownership and accountability.

• Results-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.

• Ability to manage ambiguity and changing priorities.
