Customer Collaboration Lead UKI – 12 month Assignment
This is a pivotal role in the cluster supply chain organization to accelerate our journey to win with customers as defined in the cluster and regional Supply Chain strategy.
In this role, your purpose is to enable stronger and more focused collaboration with our strategic customers. This through bringing the voice of the customer into the MW supply chain and vice versa. You will closely collaborate with the cross-segment customer service / collaboration team.
You will influence the business by bringing the customer perspective into the Supply chain discussions and strongly collaborates with Sales and the cross-segment customer collaboration/service teams to drive excellence in execution.
You will share best practice and apply best practice learnings from the MW Europe Customer Collaboration community and be reporting into the MW Market Supply Chain Director Sabrina Edwards-Maas. This role is an 12 month maternity cover.
What are we looking for?
- Significant business experience with preferably 5 years of supply chain
- Ability to build productive relationships and communicate effectively at all levels as well internally as externally.
- Proven track record of engaging associates and building high-performance collaboration.
- Proven ability to work in a matrix organisation
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Collaborate and influence the Customer Logistics Collaboration team to deliver customer service excellence measured by following leading Supply Chain KPI’s: Case-fill, On Time Performance, TAS (Trade Advantage Survey) and LCCs (Logistical Controlled Costs).
- Create and drive the UKI advanced customer collaboration supply chain roadmap with internal and external stakeholders to deliver differentiated service & solutions for customers at affordable cost.
- Participate as required in local S&OP+ forums / feeder meetings representing our strategic customer needs
- Represent the voice of the customer in S&OE (CMOS) and ensure it leads to customer centric challenge resolution and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the market Cluster Activity plan is executed with excellence in collaboration with internal and external customer supply chain teams.
- Accountable for proactive supply chain communication internally and externally either direct or through the customer collaboration/service team.
- Accountable for a robust Supply Chain "TAS Improvement plan" per customer and follow through on delivery.
- Drive change agenda towards an Omni channel proof Supply Chain and a customer focused sustainability program.
