YOUR JOB
As a Customer Data Consultant and member of a team of Consultants and Solution Architects, you will be responsible for managing the conceptual processes involved in Customer Profiling and Marketing. You will also configure and implement solutions based on the specific requirements of our customers.
Your job’s key responsibilities are:
Planning
and
implementing rough
and
detailed concepts
(big-picture, solution alignment, data model, user journeys, segmentation models, marketing workflows) with our partner solutions
Advising our customers
on project-specific topics with a focus on
customer profiles, personalization, and digital marketing
(process support and active customer contact)
Supporting
the
presales
process and
conducting customer workshops for discovery and demonstration purposes
Building
and
maintaining
customer
relationships
Configuring
and
customizing
the SAP solutions CDC, CDP, and Emarsys as part of the SAP CX portfolio
Continuous training on product developments and updates, and completing corresponding certifications
