📍 Location: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid – 3 days/week on-site at the client’s office in the Calea Floreasca area)

⏳ Contract: 12 months contract + possibility to extend

Are you fluent in German and passionate about driving growth in the IT industry? Join our Customer Demand Generation team in Bucharest and play a key role in accelerating pipeline growth across the Solutions & Services portfolio!

What You’ll Do

• Generate Qualified Demand: Engage and nurture enterprise prospects through outbound prospecting, digital campaigns, and strategic events.
• Qualify Opportunities: Conduct deep discovery conversations using methodologies like BANT to schedule high-quality meetings for the local sales teams.
• Support Marketing & Events: Partner with marketing teams to target key audiences pre-event and drive rapid post-event lead follow-ups.
• Cross-Portfolio Collaboration: Work closely with Local Sales, Marketing, Technical Specialists, and regional stakeholders to drive holistic, high-value opportunities.
• Data Excellence: Maintain strict CRM hygiene (Microsoft Dynamics) and track pipeline conversion performance.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Languages: Native or C1/C2 Fluent in German + Fluent in English.
• Experience: 3+ years in Business Development, Inside Sales, Demand Generation, or customer-facing roles.
• Skills: Strong phone prospecting skills, proactive attitude, and experience working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Mindset: Quality over quantity—focusing on delivering high-value opportunities that actually convert into pipeline.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in the IT, Enterprise Tech, or Managed Services sectors.
• Familiarity with event lead qualification or AI-enabled CRM and productivity tools.
