Primary Functions and Tasks: The opportunity to work on international Salesforce projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Exposure to a broad range of activities, including process design, customer support, system configuration, troubleshooting, and the development of new Salesforce functionalities. Your Journey With Us First Months Gain a solid foundation through a combination of self-study, structured learning, and hands-on support from experienced colleagues. Build technical knowledge in areas such as Salesforce administration, scripting, integrations, and related technologies. Prepare for and obtain the Salesforce Administrator Certification. Following Certification Join customer projects and work alongside experienced team members through shadowing and reverse-shadowing activities. Gradually take ownership of customer requests, configuration changes, troubleshooting activities, and solution implementations. Long-Term Development Become a trusted Salesforce expert, supporting customers throughout their digital transformation journey. Lead technical initiatives and contribute to the design and development of innovative Salesforce solutions. Grow into a team leadership role with increased responsibility for project delivery and coaching colleagues. We are looking for: 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and administering Salesforce solutions. Fluent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level). Willingness to travel to Graz, Austria, approximately once per month for team collaboration and knowledge-sharing activities. Solid experience working with Salesforce Lightning Components, Apex, and Salesforce configuration capabilities. Good understanding of Salesforce data models, security concepts, and CRM best practices. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and reports. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and implement requirements. Programming knowledge in Apex, Java, and/or JavaScript. Familiarity with version control tools such as Git. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within agreed timelines. Salesforce certifications are considered a strong advantage. Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and maintain a high level of quality and accountability.
